FAMILY FISH FRIDAY’S

So, you’ve got an impromptu family get-together and need something quick and satisfying to keep you out of the kitchen and back at the table. Try this wholesome smoked haddock hash for some Saucy comfort food that is perfect for Family Fish Friday.

You will need:

○ 4 Smoked Haddock with Aged Cheddar & Chive Sauce
○ New potatoes
○ 2 large onions, peeled and finely sliced
○ Fresh chives, finely chopped
○ A good slug of oil

Method:

STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F, and bake your smoked haddock fillets for 20 minutes.

STEP 2: Whilst the haddock is cooking, cover the potatoes with cold water with a pinch of salt and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10-12 mins until tender.

STEP 3: Fry the onions in a little oil over medium heat. Chop up the cooked potatoes and add in turn the heat to heat and frying until crispy.

STEP 4: Flake in the cooked haddock, and stir the Aged Cheddar & Chive Sauce. Serve in warmed bowls and sprinkle with fresh chives.
