OKAY, IT’S TIME FOR POKE!

WE LOVE POKE. Salmon Poke, Tuna Poke. Fresh, delicious, mouth-watering poke. So, we couldn’t imagine a better recipe to see in the Spring with.

Get involved with our delish Saucy take on the poke bowl (AND struggle to fight back the saliva).

Ingredients:

○ 1 cup short-grain white rice
○ Ready to Eat Saucy Salmon fillets (flavor is your choice, but we’d recommend Ready to eat Salmon with Lime and Cilantro sauce)
○ ¼ cup soy sauce
○ Sliced cucumber
○ Sliced radish
○ 1 large avocado, cubed
○ Red pepper flakes

What you need to do:

Cook the rice, then fluff and split into two bowls. Place the salmon filets on top of the rice and drizzle with the soy sauce. Next, add the sliced cucumber, sliced radishes, diced avocado and red pepper flakes. Drizzle the Lime and Cilantro sauce over the top and enjoy.
