ALTERNATIVE CHRISTMAS MENU: PARTY CANAPÉS

We’d like to shake-up tradition to offer you an alternative Christmas party canapé set to impress friends and family this festive season. Replacing tired ol’ volovants, best served in the 80’s, is our fishy twist on classic party canapé...

A show-stopper of a party nibble that’s super simple to make. Take our Ready to Eat pack of Roasted Lemon & Herb Salmon with Sicilian Lemon & Dill Mayonnaise.

Break up flakes of the salmon and set to one side, then spoon dollops of the mayonnaise atop a shop-bought blini (from all good supermarkets) ready for the salmon to ‘stick’ to the blini surface. A quick squeeze of a lemon, and you’re done! Top tip! Prepare ahead of time, leave to one side in the fridge, and enjoy the party!
