HOOKED ON... TILAPIA SOY GINGER RECIPE

WHAT YOU NEED: Serves 2.
2 fillets of Tilapia
3 tbspn of dark soy sauce
1 tbspn soft brown sugar
½ red chilli, sliced diagonally
A sprinkling of coriander, for garnish
How You Make It.
STEP 1: Bring a non-stick pan to a medium-high heat, massage oil into tilapia fillets.
STEP 2: Place fillets in pan, cooking for 4 minutes each side.
STEP 3: Mix soy sauce and sugar together in a bowl.
STEP 4: Turn tilapia fillets and cook for 2 minutes, then add ginger.
STEP 5: Add soy mix and chilli 30 seconds before the end.
STEP 6: Serve and garnish with coriander.
