Make sure your food is worthy of a touchdown, so you’ll win no matter how your team plays! The perfect Superbowl meal is something that you can make in a huge portion and graze at greedily for the whole game.
But you want to stay alert too – and not miss a single ball, which can be the problem with all that snooze-worthy stodge. Step right up an old favorite – chips and dip – with the brain boosting power of salmon!
Tomato and Chili Chutney Salmon Nachos
○ Saucy Ready to Eat Salmon and Chili Chutney
○ A bag (or 8) of your favorite tortilla chips
○ 1 avocado
○ ½ lime juice
○ Fresh cilantro
○ 1 red onion – finely diced
○ Handful of cherry tomatoes – chopped
○ ½ fresh mango
○ Jalapenos (for the brave!)
STEP 1: This one’s really hard: put chips in a bowl.
STEP 2: Top with your fish, then the other toppings.
STEP 3: Mix. (Add cheese and melt in the oven for 10 mins at 350F if you’re feeling indulgent).
STEP 4: Eat and just keep refilling!
