STUNNING SIDES FOR DELICATE FISH

Delicate fish like flounder, trout and snapper has a wonderful texture that you really want to play-up by pairing with the perfect side dish. Flakes of moist and succulent fish, melt away nicely in your mouth when paired with sides that burst with flavour - think garlic, citrus and herbs - and you've got a match made in heaven.

Why not try a cold baby leaf spinach salad with classic cherry tomatoes and a light garlic dressing. Or, asparagus spears sautéed in freshly squeezed lemon juice with finely chopped garlic and crushed black peppercorns.
