Check out this super simple Fragrant Salmon Pate recipe, created by Ali at overacuppa.co.uk, using our Ready to Eat Steamed Salmon with Lime & Coriander Dressing

Ingredients:

○ 1 pack of The Saucy Fish Co. Steamed Salmon with Lime & Coriander Dressing
○ Juice and zest of 1 lime
○ 1 tsp of sweet chilli sauce
○ A little black pepper

To make simply:

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and blend into smooth with a hand blender.

Perfect as a sandwich or wrap filling with green salad or serve as a dip with vegetable crudités & savoury biscuits.

Serves 2-3 for lunch.

Enjoy within one day of making.
