Move over little black dress, this dish is even more of a classic. In this simple Italian-inspired fish and tomato pairing, Sunblush® Tomatoes and elegant Sea Bream fillets are a match made in culinary heaven. Pop the cork on a refreshing white wine to balance this delicately flavoured dish, Vermentino and Pinot Grigio work wonderfully well.
To cook: Remove all of the packaging first and then use these cooking instructions as a rough guide only – we’re sure you know best.
- Pan-fry: Fry in a little oil over a medium heat for 5-7 mins.
- Grill under a medium heat for 10-12 mins.
- Oven-cook: Place the fillets on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven.
- Fan oven: 170°C/Conventional oven: 190°C/Gas mark 5 for 10-15 mins.
Our sauce is delicious hot or cold. To heat, place the sachet in a cup of boiling water for 1 minute. Careful when you open it.
