Whoa whoa whoa, sweet chilli dressingbaked on salmon fillets, this dish rocks with a sugar snap pea salad.
To cook: Remove the bag from the carton and then use these cooking instructions as a rough guide only – we’re sure you know best.
- Without opening, carefully separate the fillets through the bag and place foil-side down on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven.
- Allow enough room for the bag to double in size during cooking.
- To Serve: Gently shake the bag to coat the fish in the sauce.
- Cut along the length of the bag with scissors and remove the fillets with a fish slice. Pour the sauce over the fish and serve with stir fry veg or a simple salad.
