Delivering the classic oriental combination of chilli, lime and ginger our salmon fish fillets are dressed to impress in this crowd-pleaser of a dish. Enjoy yours with a cold, crisp Asian beer to complete your mid-week trip to the orient.
To cook from frozen: Remove all the packaging, putting the sauce sachet to the side for later.
- Oven-cook: We've included an oven bag for your convenience, simply follow the directions. Bake at 375°F for 24 mins. Alternatively you can always cook your fish loosely wrapped in foil. Wrap fillets separately and follow directions above. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Check the fish is piping hot throughout before serving.
Our sauce: To heat, place the sachet in a pan of boiling water for 4 minutes, shake well before serving, Careful when you open it.
