Delivering the classic oriental combination of chilli, lime and ginger our salmon fish fillets are dressed to impress in this crowd-pleaser of a dish. Enjoy yours with a cold, crisp Asian beer to complete your mid-week trip to the orient.
To cook from frozen: Remove all the packaging, putting the sauce sachet to one side for later. For minimum fuss, we've also included a handy over-bake bag.
Oven-cook: Find your oven bag, and follow the directions.
Fan oven: 170°C/Conventional oven: 190°C/Gas mark 5 for 28 mins.
Alternatively you can always cook your fish in a loose foil parcel, wrap seperately and follow the directions above.
Leave to stand for 1 minute. Check the fish is piping hot before serving.
To heat, place the sachet in a pan of simmering water for 4 minutes. Careful when open it.
