CHORIZO, SHERRY & HERB SAUCE
FABULOUS WITH A FUSION OF SQUID & KING PRAWNS
IT'S OUT OF THE BAG! AN EFFORTLESS WAY TO EAT WELL. FISH, OVEN. PLATE. NICELY DONE.
Viva Espania! Spanish-inspired sherry butters gives this dish a tapas twist as fresh squid and prawns swirl in melted butter alongside lip-smacking chorizo. A reel show-stopper of a catch!
To cook: Remove the bag from the carton and then use these cooking instructions as a rough guide only – we’re sure you know best.
- Without opening, carefully arrange the pieces through the bag into a single layer and place foil-side down on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven.
- Allow enough room for the bag to double in size during cooking.
- Cook until all the prawns have turned pink. The prawns are delicate so be careful not over cook them.
To Serve: Gently shake the bag to give an even coating. Cut along the length of the bag with scissors and serve with crusty bread or a seasonal salad.
